We disprove the preconceived notion that healthy food is less appealing by making magic happen in our kitchens. Each meal is complemented by biodynamic, organic wines and garden-fresh cocktails. During your full- board stay with us, you'll be surprised by amazing fresh organic breakfasts, healthy lunches and delicious dinners.
We harvest as much as possible from our own gardens. What we do not grow, we source from local organic farmers. We also frequent our local Feria (farmers' market).
Breakfast: is served buffet-style with freshly made granola, local goat yogurt, chia pudding, oats and garden breakfast salad with farm-fresh pasture raised eggs du jour.
Lunch: is served as a salad bar buffet. Every lunch has its own theme, such as Mediterranean or Asian.
Dinner: is served as a three course meal. Dinners end with one of many amazing raw desserts that delight even the most skeptical of palates. Vegan options are always available.
