I am not your typical leadership coach because I know that supporting you with strategy and process alone doesn’t work.

As an awakened leadership coach and facilitator, I strive to see you break through and uncover what makes you unique, healthy, purposeful and - yes – powerful in all aspects of life. I know that when you started your own business, it was because you wanted to bring your unique self to your service or product while building the life you desire. This is the actual value of taking the risks you do. Yet there can be a real disconnect between the day-to-day and your vision.
